It is sad but, If anyone finds rubbish Fly Tipped in car parking areas or in or near the river please report it directly to FIFE COUNCIL using the link to their reporting form on the ‘LINKS’ page of this web site. The council officers are usually quick to respond and may be able to trace the culprits.
